My name is Laura but I go by Laulau. I've been making videos on social media for a few years now. I cling to the labels "spiritual" and "conspiracy theorist" just so people grasp what I'm about. But in reality, I'm just me.

Before making content on the Matrix, conspiracies, infinite consciousness, I was into fitness. I was overweight for the majority of my life which played a huge role in who I am today. After going through my physical transformation, I wanted to share what I knew with the world. I'd post about workouts, fitness clothes, counting macros but that wasn't who I really was...
Embodying the Authentic Self
Once I finally embraced every part of who I truly am, expressing it freely for the world to see, is when everything slowly fell into place. As my audience grew more and more, I realized people needed everything I thought I shouldn't say online. As I honoured my beliefs and values, it became so clear that this is what I was always meant to do.
Do what your child self loved to do.
Even as a kid, I always wanted to write. I also loved being in front of the camera. I had a great ease at expressing myself but never did as I had such different perspectives about life. I quit High School when I was 15 because none of it resonated with me. I had no idea what i was going to do but I followed the breadcrumbs life gave me every step of the way. My inner child self could not be more ecstatic about what she gets to do every day now.
I finally wrote.
My best-seller "How to not lose your shit after unplugging from the Matrix" is an idea I slept on for SO LONG. I adored every second writing it and had to push beyond my limiting beliefs to launch it for the world to read. My ego was scared, had imposter syndrome but I knew I had to push through. And I am so glad I did. Because the messages I have received from thousands of people saying how much this book is exactly what they needed, confirmed this is what I was always meant to do.
