My name is Laura but I go by Laulau. I've been making videos on social media for a few years now. I cling to the labels "spiritual" and "conspiracy theorist" just so people grasp what I'm about. But in reality, I'm just me.
Before Laulau Renaud...
Before making content about the Matrix and conspiracies, I was into fitness. I was overweight for the majority of my life which played a huge role in who I am today. After going through my physical transformation, I wanted to share what I knew with the world. I'd post about workouts, fitness clothes, counting macros but that wasn't the "real" me.
Embodying the Authentic Self
Once I finally embraced every part of who I truly am, expressing it freely with the world, that's when everything started aligning for me. As my audience grew more and more, I realized people needed everything I thought I shouldn't say online. As I honoured my beliefs and values, it became so clear that this is what I was always meant to do.
Do what your child self loved to do.
Even as a kid, I always loved to write. I also loved being in front of the camera. I've always had so much ease at with speaking, I just had to give myself permission to. I quit High School when I was 15, I had no idea what I was going to do but I followed the breadcrumbs life gave me every step of the way. Little Laura could not be more ecstatic about what she gets to do every day now.
I finally wrote.
My best-seller "How to not lose your shit after unplugging from the Matrix" is an idea I slept on for SO LONG. I adored every second I spent writing it, I truly had to push beyond my limiting beliefs to launch it for the world to read. My ego was scared, I had imposter syndrome but I knew I had to push through. And I am so glad I did. All the messages I have received from thousands of people saying how much this book is exactly what they needed, only confirmed this is what I was always meant to do.
